T-Doc Logistics 2-Man team enhances customers’ experience from the moment they make their order online or in store. Customers choose a convenient date for delivery from a calendar up to eight weeks ahead. Once the order is available and release the delivery details to us, we contact the customer by phone to confirm the delivery date. On the day of delivery, the 2-Man team will then call when on-route to confirm their time of arrival. When the team arrive at the delivery location they will be assessed for hazards, difficulties or risks to the customer’s premises, and the appropriate plans, measures and protections are deployed.
Our friendly, expert trained team will ascertain precisely where the customer would like the item placed. They can carry out with assembling on furniture items or install. Old items and packaging can be removed and disposed for recycling.
T-Doc Logistics 2-Man team can collect return items from customers back to the manufacture’s depot if they need to send an item back. Our team carries a selection of heavy-duty packaging on board so they can ensure goods being returned in good condition.
