Enhancing the Customer Experience
T-Doc Logistics enhances the customer experience from the moment an order is placed, whether online or in-store.
Customers can choose a convenient delivery date from a calendar that extends up to eight weeks in advance. Once the order is ready, we contact the customer to confirm the delivery details.
On the day of delivery, our 2-Man team will call when on route to provide an estimated time of arrival. Upon arrival at the delivery location, they will assess the area for any hazards, difficulties, or risks to the customer’s premises, implementing appropriate measures to ensure a safe delivery.
Personalized Delivery and Assembly
Our friendly, expert-trained team will confirm exactly where the customer would like the item placed. They are equipped to assemble furniture items or install products as needed.
Additionally, old items and packaging can be removed and disposed of responsibly for recycling.
Efficient Returns Management
If customers need to return items to the manufacturer’s depot, our 2-Man team can collect those returns as well. We carry a selection of heavy-duty packaging on board to ensure that goods are returned in excellent condition.
